You see biases in others but never in yourself.
The bias blind spot is the tendency to identify the cognitive biases of others more readily than one's own.
Replace 'while remaining completely unaware of your own' with 'while underestimating the impact of biases on your own judgment'.
The only bias you will never be able to see is your own.
