The paradox of choice shows that an abundance of options often leads to paralysis and regret.

When faced with too many alternatives, your brain struggles to compare them, leading to the fear that you have missed out on a better outcome. You ultimately become less happy with your choice compared to those with fewer options. Freedom of choice does not always lead to freedom of mind.

An overload of choice is a burden, not a benefit.
